One of my favorite things about working in the wedding industry is all of the wonderful creative entrepreneurs I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Over the last year of building my business in the Philadelphia area, I have had the opportunity to collaborate on a few special projects during the wedding off-season. One of those projects was this small, intimate pancake brunch wedding inspiration editorial photo shoot. I hope you enjoy these photos taken by my talented friend Ashley of Ashley Gerrity Photography and the story that they tell of a small, family wedding!

Our backdrop for the day was provided by the lovely indoor/outdoor wedding venue space at Sage Farmhouse in Media, Pennsylvania. The venue has beautiful, well-kept grounds that are perfect for photo opportunities. The venue also hosts a variety of small outdoor spaces that can be used for your ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. Inside the beautifully maintained circa 1785 farmhouse, there is a comfortable upstairs are for the bridal party to get ready and take photos, a wooden staircase perfect for more great photo ops, and two main rooms that provide a great backdrop for an intimate wedding celebration!

The custom wedding stationery suite was designed by April of April Lynn Designs. It provided an elegant contrast to the bright colors of the other wedding details, while subtly tying the other elements together. I love April's beautiful watercolor details and script.

Wedding hair and makeup was styled by Heather of Something You Onsite. She kept our models looking glowing, natural, and elegant. Jewelry was provided by L. Priori Jewelry. The delicate necklace and earrings paired beautifully with the wedding rings, and the subtle hints of color from the stones mimicked the bright colors of the flowers. Our bride's dress came from the Claire Pettibone Romantique collection, shared graciously by our friends at Nicole Bridal and Formal Shoppe. Shanna looked stunning in this dress, and its lace details paired nicely with the other details of the day. Our models are real-life engaged couple Shanna and Brandon, and they did an awesome job modeling for us!

Our table settings and linens were provided by Open Aire Affairs, and they provided a clean backdrop for the vibrantly colored flowers designed by Lavender, Lilacs and Love. The cheerful vibe of the brunch was complete with the hand painted, one-of-a-kind wedding cake designed by La Linea Desserts

I had so much fun planning and working on this collaborative styled shoot. As a bonus, it was also featured on the Every Last Detail Blog! Our photographer Ashley Gerrity also shared her take on it over on her blog. Head on over to see them both!
