How to Setup A Back-End Page for Your Wedding Vendors

For each bride and groom that I work with, I create a back-end page on my website for the bride, groom, and wedding vendors.

The page has a unique url and is password protected, and it contains any relevant information for the vendors about the wedding day. Items that I usually include: wedding date, ceremony time and location, reception time and location, finalized timeline, room layouts and table assignments, contact information for all vendors. I find this practice to be very helpful in communicating information to wedding professionals about the plans for the day. I think it could easily be set up on your own wedding website if you wanted to do this yourself for your own wedding. Below are pictures of a back-end page that I used for a bride and groom who were married in April. I hope you find it helpful!
